  • What Platforms does Ease Mage supports?

    Stores that are built with versions Magento 1.5 to 1.9 are supported by default. For Magento 2.x please contact us. Ease Mage works well with Android - 4.0+ and iOS (iPhone and iPad) 7+ versions.

  • Can I use my logo and brand name within the mobile app? Does Ease Mage support White-labeling?

    Yes, you can use your own logos, brand to the app as Ease Mage supports white-labeled. Adding logo and Brand name is simple that you can change them from back end with single click.

  • How can I get my mobile app for my Magento store?

    After youremail, you will receive an email reply from Ease Mage Team asking the back-end details of your store. Once you’ll share the details with the Team, they’ll analyze the website and customization in it. Then you just need to be worry free. Team will deliver the full-fledged replica of your store into mCommerce App within 10 days. After that they’ll provide you .apk file to evaluate the app, once you’ll approve the app, they’ll submit the same over the Google and iTunes stores.

  • I need some customizations in my mobile app. How much it will cost?

    Ease Mage also provides customization services and we charge $18 per hour for customization. This may vary depending on your requirements. Please contact uswith the details of customization requirements and we will get back to you with the rates and approach. Depending on the customization requirements the timeline may vary.

  • What Payment gateways does Ease Mage support?

    Ease Mage supports more than 15 Payment Gateways like, PayPal, Authorize.net, First Data Clover/ Payeezy etc., If you have any other payment gateway that are not listed in our page, no worries, we shall build the payment add on and all we need that the payment gateway to be implemented in the website.

  • Which languages are supported by Ease Mage?

    Ease Mage supports almost all languages.

  • How soon I can release my app to App stores after I review and I am satisfied with the preview build?

    We shall publish the app to App Stores within 1 business day after you approve from preview build. Depending on the standard release times taken by Google Play store and Apple iTunes, the app will be published. Usually it will take 10 days for Apple and 3 days for Google to approve and release the app respectively.

  • I don’t have Google Developer account or Apple Developer account to release my app. Can I publish my app still?

    Yes, you can able to publish the app even if you don’t have Google Developer account or Apple Developer account. We can publish your apps under our name. If you would like us to publish the app under your developer accounts, Evince will help you to publish the apps after getting all required information from you.

  • Can I test my App before going live?

    Yes, you can test and personalize apps before going live. Before making it live, we would help you with the .apk or .ipa version of your app to evaluate it.

  • I feel like there are some issues or bugs in the app after I publish. How can it be resolved?

    Feel free to report your issues or bugs in the app. Our team will respond to you within 24 hours from the time ticket was created. Depending on the complexity of bug, our support team will resolve the issue and give the updated app for release. We will also notify all our merchant customers periodically with new updated app with both bug fixes and new features.

  • Does Ease Mage offer Refund?

    Ease Mage working with “Try Before You Buy” philosophy and it is customized native mobile application. Our team will create mobile app for your web store and send you for your review. Once you satisfied with the result then only you need to pay. Your satisfaction is most important to us. However, once you confirmed the app we only refund money in very extreme condition

  • Does Ease Mage offer Updates?

    We understand the changing nature of the world of technology and hence, we provide the free updates for 6 months with Elite plan of Ease Mage if something new arrives.

  • I already have a mobile site. Do I really need a Native Mobile App?

    A Mobile Site is accessed from a phone browser whereas a Native App is installed on the device by the user. App users tend to be frequent and drive more sales for your business. An app loads faster and thus saving your customers’ time by making it more shopper friendly. On top of that you can send push notification to your customer who has installed Native apps, in case of Mobile site only it is not possible.

  • Is Ease Mage synchronized with Magento store?

    Yes, apps will be completely sync with your store. As we don't replicate your store data anywhere, instead apps use your store data itself. Our Extension includes extensive APIs which fetch & saved all data such as product, categories, payment gateway configuration, orders etc.... from your server / Store and supply to mobile apps. Our Gateway does not sit in between your Mobile apps and your server.
